Dalton A. LeeVice Chairman
Mr. Lee is President & CEO of Veradenis Business Consulting LLC, which provides financial consulting to small- and medium-sized businesses, including companies in the media, hospitality, banking, legal, e-commerce, entertainment, and non-profit industries. Veradenis offers a broad range of services, including accounting; tax preparation and advice; process automation and improvement; ERP selection and implementation; transaction due diligence, financing, and implementation; and designing and implementing senior executive/board level financial reporting packages.
Previously, Mr. Lee was Vice President of Finance for Meredith Corporation’s Local Media Group, where he oversaw accounting, finance, financial reporting, human resources, IT, and strategic planning. He joined Meredith Corporation as Group Controller.
Prior to this, Mr. Lee was Director of Finance at USA Broadcasting (now Comcast Universal). He also served as Vice President of Finance at NW Communications of Texas, overseeing the creation of one of the nation’s first large-market business combinations in that industry, from concept through acquisition and integration. He also led the subsequent sale and acquisition of the company three times in less than two years. Mr. Lee was a financial analyst for Sunbeam Television’s WHDH-TV in Boston, where he assumed roles with increasing responsibility. He was a member of the management team that initiated a management leveraged buyout (LBO) and subsequent sale of WHDH-TV.
He is one of the founders of Bank of Montserrat Limited. Currently serving on the Bank’s board of directors, he is the Chairman of its Audit and Compliance Committee. Mr. Lee started his career in the banking industry with Barclays Bank, where he held positions with increasing responsibility.
Mr. Lee is a past Executive Committee member and Chairman of the Board of Media Financial Managers Association, the media industry’s leading organization for financial professionals. He has spoken at national and regional conferences on a variety of topics, like generating financial and operational efficiencies through centralization and automation, and has been published in national publications.
Mr. Lee is a magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University with a degree in accounting and holds a certificate in executive management from the Cox School of Business Management at Southern Methodist University.
